Official Title: Prospective Evaluation of the Effect of Compliance With the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Protocol on Postoperative Nutritional Risk and Prognostic Nutritional Index in Patients Undergoing Lung Canc

Brief Summary: This prospective observational study will evaluate the association between ERAS protocol compliance and postoperative nutritional outcomes in 120 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. ERAS compliance will be recorded, and patients will be classified as having high, moderate, or low compliance. NRS-2002 and PNI will be assessed before surgery and at postoperative 48 hours. Hospital stay and postoperative complications will also be evaluated.
