This prospective randomized controlled trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy of serratus posterior superior intercostal plane block (SPSIPB) as a component of a multimodal analgesia strategy for postoperative pain control, opioid consumption, and hemodynamic response in patients undergoing mini-thoracotomy cardiac surgery.
