A 19-year-old man presented with a chief complaint of left nasal obstruction. He had been experiencing nasal stuffiness for 2 years, which was aggravated 6 months before his initial visit. Endoscopic examination showed mild septal deviation to the left side and a well-demarcated, pedunculated mass on the posterior wall of the nasopharynx (Figure, A). His medical, surgical, and family histories were unremarkable. In addition, biochemical test and chest radiography results showed no abnormal findings.
