Management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) remains challenging, with many patients experiencing limited relief from conventional therapies and expressing the need for a more personalized approach. As understanding of the role of type 2 inflammation has improved, biologic therapies have emerged as a transformative option for uncontrolled disease. This CME/CE activity, part of the four-part series entitled Clearing the Air: Collaborative Care Strategies for Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps in Rural and Underserved Communities, will provide a comprehensive overview of available and emerging biologic agents for CRSwNP and strategies for integrating them into personalized treatment plans. Through expert-led discussion and practical case examples, faculty will highlight evidence-based approaches for optimizing therapy, engaging in shared decision-making, and improving outcomes for patients with CRSwNP in diverse care settings.
