Course: A Community-Centered Approach to CELMoD Education in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
CME Credits: 1.00
Released: 2026-08-21
This educational activity features 10 two-minute videos addressing key unmet needs in the management of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), with a focus on cereblon E3 ligase modulators (CELMoDs). Topics include the role of cereblon in myeloma biology and IMiD resistance, CELMoD mechanism of action, strategies for overcoming resistance, and rational combinations with backbone agents; clinical evidence supporting novel iberdomide- and mezigdomide-containing regimens; evolving sequencing strategies with CELMoDs, CAR T-cell therapy, and bispecific antibodies; and practical approaches to mitigating adverse events associated with CELMoD-based combinations. Collectively, this video series is designed to provide clinicians with current, evidence-based guidance to support treatment selection, combination and sequencing decisions, and toxicity management for patients with RRMM.
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
