Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective (verbal and written) communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful and fast paced environment and take appropriate action. Must have strong organizational/priority setting/multi-tasking skills. Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information. Required Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' post MSW experience in the related field required. Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
